Currently metropolitan Melbourne is in lockdown. Coronavirus cases continue to grow, with particular concern regarding unlinked cases, and poor compliance. Recently multiple medical practices have been closed including the sunshine and western hospitals by exposures. Victoria is on a knife edge.

Regional Victoria is currently open, and we are operating as normal. But we will need to be cautious about patients from lockdown zones who can obtain treatment closer their location. We ask for your understanding in this and apologise for the inconvenience, but we must protect our community. NSW has demonstrated what happens when people from high infection areas (Sydney) are allowed to travel to low/no infection areas (regional NSW) with spread predictably occuring across the regional areas over the last weeks. The map below shows exposure sites all around Melbourne. We must make sure it spreads no further. Keep people safe, minimise spread, and get vaccinated and please check exposure sites and get tested.
