Quality control and accrediting hospitals for trainees. Mr Miller is our representative for the Australian Orthopaedic Association Board of Studies and has recently been accrediting hospitals in NSW. This process involves visiting the training hospitals and making sure they comply with training requirements, including appropriate work and industrial conditions, teaching and study time.
He also speaks with the registrars ensuring they are safe and can concentrate on their training to help build the next generations of surgeons.
