Dr Michael Galvin has performed the First Robotic Assisted total Hip replacement in Geelong. In February Dr Galvin performed the robotic assisted hip replacement at the Epworth hospital. The robotic technology allows for highly accurate surgical planning and positioning of the implants. This service is now being offered by Surgeons at Geelong Orthopaedics.
